摘要
目的 研究不同剂型黄体酮治疗排卵障碍异常子宫出血的疗效。方法 将2019年1月—7月于我院门诊治疗的80例排卵障碍异常子宫出血患者,依据随机数字表法分为2组各40例。对照组使用黄体酮胶囊治疗,观察组使用黄体酮栓治疗,对比2组临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗3个月后,2组月经量及子宫内膜厚度均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);2组便秘、乳房胀痛、性欲改变发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 使用黄体酮栓剂治疗排卵障碍异常子宫出血可达更显著的治疗效果,同时具有较高的安全性,推广价值更高。
Objective To study the efficacy of different dosage forms of progesterone in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding in ovulation disorders.Methods Eighty patients with ovarian bleeding abnormal ovarian bleeding treated in our hospital from January 2019 to September 2019 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group and the observation group were all 40 cases.The control group was treated with progesterone capsules and the observation group was treated with progesterone suppositories.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.After 3 months of treatment,the menstrual volume and endometrial thickness of the two groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of constipation,breast tenderness,and libido(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of progesterone suppository in the treatment of abnormal ovarian bleeding due to ovulation disorders can achieve a more significant therapeutic effect,while ensuring higher safety,and the cost is moderate,which has wide promotion value.
