摘要
为了提高我国纺织机械与附件的整体水平,介绍我国和欧洲制造企业在西班牙巴塞罗那国际纺织机械展览会(ITMA2019)的参展概况,对比二者在纺织机械与纺织器材专件产品、技术等方面存在的差距,分析差距产生的原因并提出解决对策。指出:我国与欧洲国家纺织装备存在差距,体现在材质、缺少质量分析与测试的设备和技术、产品同质化以及不规范竞争;应加强知识产权保护意识,提升制造水平、尤其是产品的稳定性与可靠性,重点研发关键短缺高端纺织装备、补齐短板,大力推进纺织装备智能化进程,促进先进制造技术、信息技术和智能技术的集成和深度融合;纺机装备强国的共性是树立强烈的知识产权保护意识并抵制恶性竞争,而其走向高端的核心是工艺技术的提升;纺织工业的必由之路是纺机与附件的智能化和信息化。
In order to improve the overall level of textile machinery and accessories in China,introduction is made to the general situation of Chinese and European manufacturers at ITMA 2019 in Barcelona,and comparation is done to the gap of products and technology of textile machinery and accessories,and the reasons of the gap are analyzed and the countermeasures are put forward.It is pointed out that the gap between China and European in textile machinery,which are material quality,lack of equipment and technology for quality analysis and testing,homogenization of products,and non-standard competition.We should strengthen the awareness of intellectual property protection,improve the manufacturing level,especially the stability and reliability of products,focus on the research and development of key and shortage of the high-end textile equipment and make up for the shortcomings,vigorously promote the intelligent process of textile equipment and promote the integration and deep integration of advanced manufacturing technology,information technology and intelligent technology.The common character of building apowerful country of textile equipment is to establish a strong awareness of intellectual property protection and resist vicious competition,the improvement of process is the core of the development of textile equipment to high-end,and the intelligence and informatization are the only way for the development of textile industry.
