摘要
本文随机抽取2018年6月-2019年10月重庆市江津区中医院100例接受血糖检测患者,分别应用血气分析仪及全自动生化分析仪进行血糖水平测定,对比血糖测定结果及检测用时。结果显示,血气分析仪测得患者的血糖平均值为(8.54±2.86)mmol/L,全自动生化分析仪测得值为(8.19±2.61)mmol/L,2种方法的血糖测定结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。血气分析仪的平均血糖测定时间为(1.24±1.35)min,全自动生化分析仪为(10.15±2.06)min,2组比较结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。由此得出,应用血气分析仪检测用时较短,值得临床应用和推广。
This paper selected 100 cases of blood glucose testing Chongqing Jiangjin District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2018 to October 2019.Blood gas analyzers and automatic biochemical analyzers were used to determine blood glucose levels,and the blood glucose measurement results and test time were compared.The results show that the average blood glucose measured by the blood gas analyzer was(8.54±2.86)mmol/L,and the value measured by the automatic biochemical analyzer was(8.19±2.61)mmol/L.Comparing the blood glucose measurement results of the two methods,P>0.05.The average blood glucose measurement time of the blood gas analyzer was(1.24±1.35)min,and the automatic biochemical analyzer was(10.15±2.06)min.The comparison between the two groups was P<0.05.It is concluded that applying blood gas analyzer is significantly shortened,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
