摘要
利用模拟碰撞台车试验进行座椅及其固定件在倾翻过程中的强度考核,可大大节省企业的试验成本。模拟碰撞台车试验的关键试验条件为加速度波形,因此找到合理的加速度脉冲通道可以极大地促进倾翻车辆座椅及其固定件强度台车试验方法的研究。通过对三十余辆客车倾翻试验过程中车辆质心位置的加速度数据,乘员最小生存空间及上部结构变形时间进行分析,得出三者之间的关系。在此基础上拟合了客车倾翻时质心加速度曲线,并对拟合后的加速度进行聚类分析,最终得出针对两类不同上部结构强度车辆的倾翻加速度脉冲通道。为后续倾翻客车座椅及其固定件横向冲击强度试验方法的研究进行了铺垫。
The strength assessment of seat and fixed facilities of bus rollover can be conducted by using the sled test to greatly save the test cost for enterprises. The key condition of sled test is the acceleration waveform,so a reasonable acceleration waveform can greatly motivate the sled test method research on the seat and fixed facilities strength in bus rollover. Through conducting more than thirty bus rollover tests,the data of barycenter acceleration,minimum residual space and deformation time of bus superstructure has been collected and analyzed,and then the relationship of the three key factors has been described in this paper. Based on these data,the barycenter acceleration waveforms have been fit. Then clustering analysis has been conducted for these acceleration waveforms. Finally,two acceleration waveforms have been worked out for different strengths of bus superstructure. This paper paves the way for research on the test method of transverse impact strength of the seat and its fixings of the bus rollover.
