醋酸是一种重要的化工原料,甲醇羰基合成醋酸是目前主要的生产方法,铱钌催化剂是继铑催化剂后发展的一种新型催化剂体系。介绍了甲醇低压羰基合成醋酸工艺中铱钌催化剂体系的影响因素,分析和解决生产中出现的问题。
Acetic acid is an important chemical raw material.Methanol carbonyl synthesis of acetic acid is the main production method at present.Iridium ruthenium catalyst is a new type of catalyst system developed after rhodium catalyst.The factors influencing the reaction of iridium and ruthenium catalyst system in the process of low pressure carbonyl synthesis of acetic acid from methanol are introduced,and the problems in production can be better analyzed and solved.
