摘要
双螺杆压缩机是聚烯烃工业中的重要装置,是粉末和颗粒以及烃类气体的输送和回收设备。其首要功用是为压缩气体输送提供压缩力。为了保证双螺杆压缩机的平稳、正常运转,必须对压缩机系统的功能和维护工作进行改进。通过比较可以看出,与其他类别的部件相比,双螺杆压缩机的技术性相对较高。着重论述了双螺杆压缩机的工作原理、运转过程中的弊病,剖析了运转过程中屡次出现的故障,并制定了相应的措施。
Twin-screw compressors are important devices in the polyolefin industry,and are transport and recovery equipment for powder and granules and hydrocarbon gas systems.Its primary function is to provide compression force for compressed gas transportation.In order to ensure the smooth and normal operation of the twin screw compressor,the function and maintenance of the compressor system must be improved.By comparison,it can be seen that compared with other types of components,the technical performance of the twin screw compressor is relatively high.This paper focuses on the working principle of twin screw compressors,the disadvantages during operation,analyzes the repeated failures during operation,and formulates corresponding measures.
