摘要
近年来,随着社会经济的不断进步与发展,也带动了我国各行各业的快速发展,如医药、电子、机械等行业。伴随着市场对氧化铝需求量越来越大,氧化铝产量也不断提升。现阶段,我国氧化铝企业已经达到50多家,每年产能达5000万吨,是世界第一大氧化铝生产国家。因此,针对工艺安全管理的内涵以及特征,阐述了工艺安全管理对现代氧化铝企业的影响,并且提出了在现代化氧化铝企业中,提升工艺安全管理的有效策略。
In recent years,with the continuous progress and development of society and economy,it has also driven the rapid development of various industries in China,such as medicine,electronics,machinery and other industries.With the increasing demand for alumina in the market,the output of alumina is also constantly increasing.At this stage,there are more than 50 alumina companies in China,with an annual production capacity of 50 million/ton,making it the world’s largest alumina producer.Therefore,according to the connotation and characteristics of process safety management,this paper expounds the impact of process safety management on modern alumina enterprises,and proposes effective strategies to improve process safety management in modern alumina enterprises.
