摘要
天然气集输管道在运行的过程中极易出现风险问题,为了对天然气集输管道危险有害因素进行有效的控制,首先对危险有害因素进行深入分析,在此基础上,提出危险有害因素控制措施,为保障天然气集输管道的安全运行奠定基础。研究表明:天然气集输管道在运行的过程中主要存在四大危险有害因素,分别是介质因素、工艺因素、设备因素以及外界因素,为了保障天然气集输管道的运行安全,相关单位需要从加强泄漏检测、完善管道设计工艺、加强设备监控以及提高人员素质四个角度出发,采取多项有效措施,提高天然气集输管道的安全性。
Natural gas gathering and transmission pipelines are very prone to risk problems during operation.In order to effectively control the dangerous and harmful factors of natural gas gathering and transmission pipelines,first of all,an in-depth analysis of the dangerous and harmful factors is carried out.Measures to lay the foundation for the safe operation of natural gas gathering and transmission pipelines.Research shows that there are four major dangerous and harmful factors in the operation of natural gas gathering pipelines,which are medium,process,equipment and external factors.In order to ensure the safety of natural gas gathering pipelines,relevant units need to strengthen leakage From the perspective of testing,improving pipeline design technology,strengthening equipment monitoring,and improving personnel quality,a number of effective measures have been taken to improve the safety of natural gas gathering and transmission pipelines.
