摘要
目的:探究平阳降压方对肝阳上亢证SHR大鼠胰岛素抵抗的影响。方法:40只SPF级SHR大鼠予附子汤灌胃造模成功后,根据随机数字表法将大鼠分为模型组、平阳降压方高、中、低剂量组及坎地沙坦组,8只SPF级WKY大鼠作为正常对照组,设SHR对照组,各组均进行对应治疗。观察平阳降压方对肝阳上亢证SHR大鼠的收缩压(SBP)、空腹血糖(FBG)、空腹胰岛素(FINs)及胰岛素抵抗指数(IRI)的影响。结果:平阳降压方高、中、低剂量组及坎地沙坦组大鼠SBP、FBG、FINs、IRI均低于模型组(P<0.05);其中平阳降压方高、中剂量组经给药治疗后已不存在胰岛素抵抗。结论:平阳降压方对肝阳上亢证SHR大鼠在降血压、降低胰岛素抵抗指数有显著作用,其中平阳降压方高剂量作用显著且稳定。
Objective:To investigate the effect of PYJYF on insulin resistance in SHR hyperactive rats.Methods:After 40 SPF SHR rats were successfully treated with Fuzi Decoction(附子汤),the rats were divided into model group,PYJYF high dose group,PYJYF medium dose group,PYJYF low dose group and candesartan group according to the random number table method.And eight SPF WKY rats and SHR rats were respectively treated as normal control group and blank control group.The effects of PYJYF on systolic blood pressure(SBP),fasting blood glucose(FBG),fasting insulin(FINs)and insulin resistance index(IRI)in SHR rats with hyperactivity of liver-yang syndrome were observed.Results:PYJYF high dose group,PYJYF medium dose group,PYJYF low dose group and candesartan group showed lower SBP,FBG,FINs and IRI than model group(P<0.05).PYJYF high dose group and PYJYF medium dose group showed no insulin resistance.Conclusion:PYJYF shows significant effect on lowering blood pressure and insulin resistance index in SHR rats with hyperactivity of liver Yang,among which the effect of high dose is significant and stable.
