摘要 对某在用氢气缓冲罐进行定期检验时,通过表面无损检测发现其表面存在裂纹.首先通过多种检测手段确定了焊缝的基本情况,并对裂纹形貌进行分析后判断该裂纹属于氢脆裂纹.随后对造成氢脆裂纹的材料因素、焊接因素、力学因素逐一进行分析,辨别出氢脆裂纹产生的根本原因是焊缝熔合区发生氢扩散,导致焊缝马氏体区域开裂.最后,对临氢环境中的设备制造、使用管理和检验检测工作提出了相关建议. During the periodic inspection of a hydrogen buffer tank,cracks were found on its surface by nondestructive testing.Firstly,the basic situation of the weld was determined through various detection methods.After analyzing the crack morphology,it could be judged that the crack was a hydrogen embrittlement crack.Subsequently,the material factors,welding factors,and mechanical factors that caused the hydrogen embrittlement crack were analyzed one by one,and the root cause of the hydrogen embrittlement crack was identified as the hydrogen diffusion in the weld fusion zone,which caused the martensite region of the weld to crack.Finally,some suggestions were put forward for equipment manufacturing,use management,inspection and detection in hydrogen environment.
