阐述了呼吸阀校验现状并指出了其校验的必要性,提出了呼吸阀校验机构与人员的资质要求,并给出了校验周期与项目,其中校验项目包括:外观检查、拆卸检查、呼吸阀开启压力检查、防侧溢检查及阀座密封性试验.最后给出了校验结论与后处理方案.
The status of breathing valve calibration was explained and the necessity of calibration was pointed out.The qualification requirements for the calibration organization and personnel of the breathing valve were put forward.The calibration cycle and items were given,including visual inspection,disassembly inspection,opening pressure inspection of breathing valve,anti side overflow inspection and seat sealing test.Finally,the verification conclusion and post-processing scheme were given.
