摘要
以徐州某住宅建筑为例,使用DeST进行全年能耗模拟,在此基础上确定太阳能集热器面积及热泵规格,计算太阳能-空气源热泵、空气源热泵、电锅炉3种系统设备的初投资及运行费用,并对比分析采暖节能性,最后采用动态投资效益评价法对经济性进行评价,结果表明太阳能-空气源热泵系统相比于其他两系统节能性与经济性均优异.
Taking a residential building in Xuzhou as an example,DeST is used to simulate the annual energy consumption.On this basis,the area of solar collector and the specification of heat pump are determined.The initial investment and operation cost of three systems of solar air source heat pump,air source heat pump and electric boiler are calculated,and the heating energy conservation is analyzed.Finally,the dynamic investment benefit evaluation method is used to evaluate the economy.The results show that the solar air source heat pump system is superior to the other two systems in energy saving and economy.
