摘要
目的研究诊断报告质量控制在超声科住院医师规范化培训中的作用。方法本研究对2017年9月至2019年8月的住院医师超声报告进行质控,每月对每位住院医师随机抽取10份超声诊断报告,对报告的文字、图像质量、诊断水平及临床思维进行质量控制及评分。每两月召开质控反馈大会,总结共性问题,并选取典型病例进行病例教学。通过方差分析比较质量控制前后住院医师的超声报告质量变化,并通过问卷调查评价住院医师经过质控后诊断水平的提高情况。结果质量控制评分显示,首次、中期及末次质控的平均分数逐步提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。问卷调查显示,各住院医师在仪器调节、诊断报告规范、病史采集、诊断及鉴别诊断思路等方面均有不同程度的提高。结论诊断报告的质量控制对于超声科住院医师规范化培训质量具有良好的促进作用。
Objective This study aimed to analyze the value of quality control for ultrasonic reports in the standardized residency training of the ultrasonic department.Methods 10 ultrasonic reports were randomly inspected from each resident every month,and the quality of the reports’texts and images,as well as the diagnostic level and clinical thiaking was evaluated and scored.The feedback meetings of quality control were held to sullarize the collon problems and typical teaching cases were selected and analyzed every two months.The changes of ultrasonic report quality before and after quality control were evaluated through variance analysis,and the improvement of diagnostic level was evaluated through questionnaires.Results The average scores of quality control increased in sequences from the first to the last time,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).The questionnaires showed that the residents improved their skills in different degree in terms of instrument setting,report standardization medical history collection and differential diagnosis.Conclusion Ultrasonic report quality control could improve the quality of the standardized residency training of the ultrasonic department.
