摘要
为了解决汽车轴承生产线上多个工位间的自动化生产问题,研制了一种适用于多种型号汽车轴承的自动搬运机械手装置。依据设计指标与原则,对其整体结构进行了三维建模设计并对关键零部件进行了有限元分析;然后对控制系统进行了整体规划;将研制出的设备应用到了企业现场,进行了实际生产。统计结果表明,设备运行稳定,满足各项要求,成功达到了预期目标,验证了设计的合理性与可靠性。
An automatic handling device was developed to solve the automatic production problems between multiple stations in the automobile bearing production line.This device is suitable for various types of automotive bearings.Following the design indicators and principles,the overall three-dimensional modeling design of the device and the finite element analysis of its key components were carried out;then the overall planning of the control system was conducted.The trial device was applied into the enterprise’s working site to test.The statistical results show that this device is operating stably,meeting various requirements.The experiment is successful,and verifies the rationality and reliability of the design.
