摘要
在低转速,冲击重载工况下,大型滚子轴承支柱焊接保持架易出现支柱脱焊和断裂失效的问题。对保持架支柱焊接处的结构和受力进行分析,通过减少冲击力,增加焊接区融合面积或采用专用锥形焊接螺母的措施,改变了焊接部位接触状态,避免了焊接处断裂失效。
The welding off and fracture failure of pillar occur in welded pillar cages of bearings under low speed and impact heavy load.The structure and stress at welded zone of cage pillar are analyzed.The fracture failure is avoided by reducing impact force,increasing fusion area at welded zone or changing contact status of welded zone through specialized tapered welded nut.
