摘要
目的分析中药牛膝叶中的化学成分和相对含量。方法运用超高效液相-飞行时间高分辨质谱联用仪对牛膝叶的体积分数50%甲醇-水提取物的化学成分进行快速分析。结果从产于河南温县的牛膝叶样品中共检测出38种化合物,其中7种化合物相对含量达5%以上。结论中药牛膝叶化学成分分析结果为进一步阐明其药效物质研究奠定了基础。
Objective To analyse the chemical components and relative content of Achyranthes bidentata leaves.Methods The chemical components of 50% methanol water extractives of Achyranthes bidentata leaves were rapidly analyzed by using the ultra high performance liquid chromatography-time of flight-high resolution mass spectrometry. Results Thirty eight chemical compounds were identified in samples of Achyranthes bidentata leaves collected from Wenxian county of Henan province,in which seven chemical compounds had the relative content higher than 5%. Conclusions The results of chemical composition analysis of the Achyranthes bidentata leaves lay a foundation for further elucidating the pharmacodynamic substances of Achyranthes bidentata leaves.
