摘要
基于高砷锑烟灰资源高效绿色利用,探索高砷锑烟灰综合回收砷和锑的可能性。以山东恒邦冶炼股份有限公司精炼车间高砷锑烟灰为原料,在加入合适的双氧水氧化工艺条件下,综合回收烟灰中的砷和锑。实验结果表明,在液固比为5∶1、反应温度60℃条件下,烟灰中砷、锑浸出率分别为94.80%和4.98%。
Based on the efficient,green utilization of high arsenic soot resources,the possibility of integrated recovery of arsenic and stibium for the comprehensive recovery of arsenic and stibium is explored.Based of high arsenic soot in the refining workshop of Shandong Hengbang Smelting Co.,Ltd.,under the conditions of adding a suitable hydrogen peroxide oxidation process,comprehensive recovery of arsenic and stibium is experimented from soot.The experimental results show that the liquid-to-solid ratio was 5∶1,and the leaching rate of soot arsenic was 94.80% and 4.98%.
