摘要
通过对分离器中心筒进行化学成分分析、拉伸试验、硬度试验以及金相低倍和高倍组织观察,结合现场勘查情况以及中心筒的服役工况环境,分析讨论了中心筒脱落的原因。结果表明,中心筒内部存在大量宏观气孔、夹渣、异金属等冶金缺陷,铸件致密性较差,是导致吊钩断裂和中心筒整体脱落的主要原因。
In this paper,chemical composition analysis,tensile test,hardness test,metallographic low magnification and metallographic structure observation of the centrifugal cylinder of the separator are carried out.Combining with the situation of the investigation site and the working environment of the centrifugal cylinder,the reasons for the drop of the centrifugal cylinder are analyzed and discussed.The results show that there are a lot of metallurgical defects such as macropore,slag inclusion,foreign metals and so on in the inner of the central barrel.The low density of the casting is the main reason for the fracture of the hook and the fall of the central barrel.
