单向轧制纯钼板退火织构及其各向异性的研究 被引量:1

ANNEALING TEXTURE AND ANISOTROPY OF PURE MOLYBDENUM PLATE SOBTAINED BY UNIDIRECTIONAL ROLLING

摘要 钼制品中通过变形产生的织构对于深冲性能、各向异性等力学性能有很大的影响。本研究通过对单向轧制所得纯钼板进行不同温度的退火处理,分析和讨论其轧制态和不同温度退火态下钼板织构、显微组织、力学性能和各向异性的相关性。结果表明:纯钼板经过单向轧制形成以{001}<110>和{115}<110>织构为主的晶粒取向,退火后原有的织构种类不会改变;随着退火温度的升高,织构的取向密度先增大后减小,该现象与位错运动及新形核晶粒的取向受到原始轧制态织构的影响有关;经过退火后的钼板在退火织构、晶粒大小和形状以及位错等因素的共同影响下,各向异性明显减弱。 Deformation texture plays an important influence on the mechanical properties including deep drawing performance and the anisotropy over Mo-based products.In this work,pure Mo plates prepared by unidirectional rolling were annealed at various temperatures,and the effects of annealing temperatures over texture,microstructure,mechanical properties and anisotropy of Mo plates were analyzed and discussed.The results show that the grain orientation is dominated by{001}<110>and{115}<110>textures over pure Mo plates obtained by unidirectional rolling and the texture types are not changed after annealing.With the increase of annealing temperature,the orientation density of texture firstly increases and then drops down,which should be attributed to the movement of dislocations and the varied orientation of new nucleation grains affected by the original rolling texture.The anisotropy of Mo plates is significantly weakened after annealing,which is originated from the combined effects of annealing texture,grain size,grain shape and dislocations.
