摘要
加强加油站的雷电风险普查能够为防雷安全管理工作提供理论依据。本研究以西宁市68家加油(气)站为样本,结合加油(气)站地理位置、雷电易发性区划等基本概况,普查工程性防雷措施和非工程性防雷措施等情况。结果表明,西宁市、大通县、湟中县、湟源县2008-2016年闪电日数平均分布为45.9、70.9、60.8、42.2 d。大通县东北部雷电易发性处于极高危险区,湟中县的西南部处于高危险区,西宁市主城区以及湟源县与湟中县交界地区处于中等危险区,湟源县大部分乡镇属于低危险区。西宁地区加油站以埋地线路为主,日车流量主要集中在100~300辆。西宁市加油站接闪器、引下线、加油区接地、油(气)储罐、储油区接地方面以8分居多,占总数的51.5%以上。应同时加强工程性和非工程性措施,提高加油站的防雷管理能力和公众的防雷安全意识。
Strengthening lightning risk survey of gas stations can provide theoretical basis for safety management of lightning protection.In this study,68 refueling(gas)stations in Xining City were taken as samples to investigate the basic situation,lightning vulnerability classification,engineering and non-engineering lightning protection measures.The results showed that the average distribution of lightning days was 45.9,70.9,60.8,42.2 days in Xining City,Datong County,Huangzhong County and Huangyuan County from 2008 to 2016,respectively.The northeast of Datong County was vulnerable to lightning in the extremely high risk area,the southwest of Huangzhong County was in the high risk area,the main urban area of Xining City and the border area of Huangyuan County and Huangzhong County were in the medium risk area,and most of the villages and towns in Huangyuan County belonged to the low risk area.The main line types at gas stations in Xining area were mainly buried ground,with daily vehicle flow mainly concentrated in 100-300 vehicles.In Xining City,there were 8 points in flasher,lead-off line,grounding in gas station,oil(gas)storage tank and grounding in oil storage area,accounting for more than 51.5% of the total.At the same time,engineering and non-engineering measures should be strengthened to improve the lightning protection management level of gas stations and public awareness of lightning protection safety.
