摘要
随着医院信息化建设的深入发展,门诊医疗信息化流程的优化成为改善门诊患者就医体验的关键。普通的门诊检验排队流程在妇幼医疗领域显得不太"人性化",全自动的采血系统把人为工作交予机器完成,智能分配患者队列,让护理人员将更多精力集中在采血本身,是医疗管理理念的提升,将更好地为患者提供一站式服务。文章对此展开了分析。
With the in-depth development of hospital information construction, the optimization of outpatient medical information process has become the key to improving the outpatient medical experience. The general outpatient inspection queuing process is not very "humanized" in the field of maternal and child medicine. The automatic blood collection system delivers human work to the machine, intelligently allocates patient queues, and allows nursing staff to focus more on blood collection itself. The improvement of management concept provides better one-stop service for patients. This paper has carried on the analysis to this.
