Objective To investigate the effect of noradrenaline on renal function and hemodynamics in patients with severe septic shock. Methods Two hundred and seventy patients with severe septic shock treated in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and study group, with 135 cases in each group. The control group was treated with dopamine, and the study group was treated with noradrenaline. The treatment effects were compared in both groups. Results At 24 hours after treatment,BUN levels decreased significantly,CCR levels and urine volume per hour increased in the two groups, and those in the study group were better than the control group(P<0.05).At 24 hours after treatment,MAP and SVRI increased in the two groups,CI and HR decreased, and those in the study group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Noradrenaline can effectively improve renal function and hemodynamics in patients with severe septic shock.
