摘要
为了研究油液体积弹性模量对轴向柱塞泵动力源输入端转速波动程度的作用规律,以机电液系统多能域耦合软件AMEsim为仿真平台,建立了轴向柱塞泵的动力学仿真模型,在综合考虑油液有效体积弹性模量影响的基础上,研究了油液的含气量、温度、压力与泵端转速波动之间的关系。仿真结果表明:随着油液含气量的增大、温度的升高以及负载压力的降低,油液的体积弹性模量减小,使得泵端转速波动程度增大。为开展轴向柱塞泵的故障诊断、状态监测以及以液压系统的性能退化机理等方面的研究提供了新的研究思路。
In order to study the oil volume elastic modulus on the effect of axial piston pump power input speed fluctuation,the electro hydraulic system of multi energy domain coupling software AMEsim as the simulation platform,a dynamic simulation model of axial piston pump,on the basis of comprehensive consideration of the impact of effective fluid bulk modulus,studied the relationship between the oil gas content,temperature,pressure and pump speed fluctuation. The simulation results show that with the increase of the gas content,the temperature and the load pressure,the bulk modulus of the oil decreases,and the fluctuation of the pump end speed increases. It provides a new research method for the fault diagnosis,condition monitoring of the axial piston pump and the performance degradation mechanism of the hydraulic system.
