摘要 提高车辆自身的安全性能是解决道路交通安全问题的有效方法,汽车的制动性能是其主动安全的重要组成部分。基于ADAMS/Car软件,参考某轿车相关参数建立了麦弗逊前悬架模型并进行仿真试验,分析前轮定位参数并以此为目标函数,通过ADAMS/Insight进行优化设计,得到优化后的悬架结构参数和前轮定位参数。建立包括优化后的前悬架的整车动力学模型,进行不同工况下的汽车制动性能仿真试验;根据优化后的硬点坐标,调整悬架的结构参数并进行实车紧急制动试验,获得试验汽车的制动距离,对比分析后得出试验汽车的制动性能及其与行车安全之间的关系。结果对研究汽车主动安全和提高道路交通安全具有一定的指导意义。 The braking performance is an important part of the active safety of automobiles,and the effective way to solve the problem of traffic safety is improving its safety performance. Using a certain car related parameters as reference,the McPherson front suspension model is established based on ADAMS/Car and the simulation test is done. The front wheel alignment parameters are analyzed and used as objective. Optimizing design through ADAMS/Insight, the optimized suspension structural parameters and front wheel alignment parameters are got. The whole dynamics model including optimized front suspension is established and the simulation tests of braking performance under different working conditions are carried out. According to the optimized hard point coordinate,the structural parameters of suspension are adjusted and the emergency braking tests of real vehicle are carried out. The braking distances of test car are obtained,and the relationship between braking performance and traffic safety is given. It is a certain guiding significance for the study on automobile active safety and traffic safety.
