摘要
针对当前产品配置过程中知识经验可重用性差、配置效率低等问题,引入知识工程(KBE)技术,研究了知识工程关键技术在产品配置中的应用,开发出一套符合产品配置的推理机。分析了复杂产品领域知识的特点,提出产生式规则和过程表示的混合知识表示方法。通过运用智能解析技术快速解析知识库中知识,并采用正向的规则推理方法(RBR)实现知识推理。经验证,用户可以在产品配置平台中快速对知识进行创建,并能够根据客户个性化需求智能推理出产品设计结构,极大提高知识重用性和产品设计效率。
In order to solve the problems in the current product configuration process,such as poor reuse of knowledge efficiency and low allocation efficiency,Knowledge engineering(KBE)technology is adopted,the application of knowledge engineering key technology in product configuration is studied,and a inference machine which conforms to the product configuration is developed. According to the characteristics of the knowledge of complex product domain,a hybrid knowledge representation of the production rules and processes is proposed. By using intelligent analytical techniques to quickly parse knowledge in the knowledge base,the forward rule inference method(RBR)is adopted to realize the knowledge inference.The experiment proves that the user can quickly create the knowledge in the product configuration platform. The product design structure can be designed according to the personalized demands of customers,and the efficiency of knowledge reuse and the efficiency of product design are greatly improved.
