摘要
目的:分析中医健康状态辨识问卷的信度和效度。方法:以天津中医药大学教学医院健康体检人群为研究对象,利用中医健康状态辨识问卷进行现场调查,分析其信度和效度。结果:健康状态中医辨识问卷的Cronbach’s Alpha系数为0.820,分半信度为0.709和0.664。结论:健康状态中医辨识问卷的信度和效度较好,中医健康状态辨识问卷中的条目,对辨识健康和非健康状态有一定意义,能够用于辨识健康及非健康状态。
Objective: To analyze on the reliability and validity of TCM health status identification questionnaire. Methods: The healthy population in teaching hospital of Tianjin University of Chinese Medicine was selected as the research object. The reliability and validity of the TCM health status identification questionnaire were analyzed and field investigation was carried out. Results: The Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient of the health status Chinese medicine identification questionnaire was 0.820, and the split half reliability was 0.709 and 0.664 respectively. Conclusion: The reliability and validity of the TCM health status identification questionnaire is good.The items in the TCM health status identification questionnaire have certain significance for identifying healthy and non-healthy status, and it can be used to identify healthy and non-healthy status.
