摘要
目的 了解上海市金山区居民循环系统疾病死亡变化趋势,为预防提供科学依据.方法 收集2013-2017年上海市金山区居民循环系统疾病死亡资料,描述死亡率、构成比、死亡顺位、标化率.结果 2013-2017年,上海市金山区居民循环系统疾病平均死亡率为260.17/105,循环系统疾病死亡占总死因的构成比呈逐年增高趋势.循环系统疾病死亡中,以脑血管疾病为主,所占比例是54.66%~61.09%.金山区居民循环系统疾病死亡率逐年增高.2017年上海市金山区居民循环系统疾病死亡率随着年龄增加而增高.结论 金山区居民循环系统疾病死亡率逐渐增高,应引起社会重视.随着金山区老龄化加重,老年人循环系统疾病预防和控制尤为重要.
Objective To describe the trend of cases died of circulatory system diseases in Jinshan,and to provide a scientific basis for disease control and prevention.Methods Mortality,ration,death ranking,and standardized mortality were analyzed on the circulatory system diseases mortality data in Jinshan from 2013 to 2017.Results The average mortality of circulatory system diseases in Jinshan was 260.17/105.The proportion of death caused by circulatory system disease was increasing year by year.The cerebrovascular diseases accounted for 54.66%to 61.09%of the circulatory system diseases.In 2017,the mortality of circulatory system diseases increased with age.Conclusion The mortality of circulatory system diseases in Jinshan District of Shanghai increased year by year and should be paid attention to.With the aging of Jinshan District,the prevention and control of circulatory system diseases is particularly important.
