摘要
贵州某重晶石原矿品位低、含有硅酸盐及碳酸盐杂质较多,重晶石品位难以达到工业指标。为了提高资源的利用率,进行了实验室浮选试验研究。试验内容包括pH值与重晶石和方解石可浮性的关系试验,正浮选药剂用量试验,正浮选开路流程试验,正浮选闭路流程试验。浮选试验采用正浮选一粗两精一扫工艺,在磨矿细度为85.91%,矿浆浓度为24%,正浮选矿浆温度20℃的条件下,取得了重晶石精矿品位为87.53%、回收率86.96%的较好技术指标,且CaO含量降至0.8%以下,实现了重晶石与方解石的有效分离。
A low-grade barite ore in guizhou contains more impurities of silicate and carbonate and it is difficult to reach the industrial index.In order to improve the utilization rate of resources,flotation tests in laboratory were carried out.These tests such as the relationship between pH value and the floatability of barite and calcite,the dosage test of positive flotation reagent,the open-circuit test of direct flotation,and the closed-circuit test of direct flotation are included.Finally,the process of direct flotation and one roughing two cleaning one scavenging was adopted for the test.Under the conditions of grinding fineness of 85.91%,pulp concentration of 24% and pulp temperature of 20℃,good technical indexes of barite concentrate grade of 87.53% and recovery rate of 86.96% were obtained,and CaO content was reduced to less than 0.8%,realizing effective separation of barite and calcite.
