摘要
以无锡江海西路快速化改造工程钢混叠合梁桥面铺装工程为例,分析了浇注式沥青混凝土铺装体系在施工过程中出现鼓包的原因及危害,并针对性地提出了设置环氧树脂下封层的设计方案。研究结果表明,添加环氧树脂下封层后,其与混凝土桥面板间的粘结强度最高可达5.9 MPa,降低了浇注式沥青混合料和改性沥青SMA施工过程中鼓包出现的概率,有效保证了桥面铺装的施工质量。
Taking the steel concrete composite beamed bridge pavement for traffic speed modification of Wuxi Jianghai West Road as an example, the article analyzes the causes and harms of the bulges occurred during construction of casting asphalt concrete pavement system, and it puts forward a design targeted at epoxy resin bottom layer setting. Research results show with epoxy resin bottom sealing layer, its bonding strength with concrete bridge floor can be up to 5.9 MPa, and the bulging rate during construction of casting asphalt mixture and modified bitumen SMA, and the construction quality of bridge pavement is guaranteed effectively.
