摘要
以车床导轨刷镀修复为例,详细介绍了刷镀镀层设计、刷镀流程及工艺参数。实践证明,对于损伤面积大且部分划痕较深的导轨表面,用刷镀技术代替传统磨削、刮削方法修复,操作简便、经济、快捷,修复质量高。
Taking the brush plating repair of lathe guide rail as the case study,this paper introduces in details the design of brush plating coating,brush plating process and process parameters.Practice has proved that brush plating technology can replace traditional grinding and scraping methods to repair the surface of guide rail with large damage area and deep partial scratch,which is simple,economical,fast and of high repair quality.
