摘要
基于市政工程工期紧、施工环境复杂、公众关注度高等特点,施工企业应在竞争日趋激烈和利润空间越来越小的市场经济下,通过建立规范化、科学化、精细化的管理体系,在组织安全、质量、进度、成本等方面运用精细化管理措施,从而提升项目的整体执行力、质量控制、盈利水平,进而实现企业可持续稳定发展。
Based on the characteristics of tight construction schedules,complex construction environment,and high public attention,etc.,how can construction enterprises,in a market economy with increasingly fierce competition and smaller profit margins,establish a standardized,scientific and refined management system and make use of the refined management measures in terms of organizational safety,quality,schedule,cost,etc.,so as to improve the overall execution,quality control,and profitability of the project,thereby achieving sustainable and stable development of the enterprise.
