摘要
介绍了基于USB-HID(Human Interface Device)接口的高速数据采集系统的开发过程,详细阐述了系统硬件设计、软件设计及其应用。通过EZ-USB FX2芯片CY7C68013和DSP处理器TMS320F2812实现与外部设备之间的数据传输和采集。该系统具有传输速度快、结构简单、实时性和可靠性高等优点,可自动被识别为HID设备。该系统可应用于高速数据和红外图像的传输和采集,传输平均速度可达40 MB/s,响应速度可达10 ms,能较好地满足数据实时传输要求。
This paper introduces the development process of high-speed data acquisition system based on USB-HID(Human Interface Device)interface,and elaborates the hardware design,software design and application of the system in detail.Through EZ-USB FX2 chip CY7C68013 and DSP processor TMS320F2812 to achieve data transmission and acquisition with external devices.The system has the advantages of fast transmission speed,simple structure,real-time performance and high reliability,and can be automatically recognized as a HID device.The system can be applied to the transmission and acquisition of high-speed data and infrared images.The average transmission speed can reach 40 MB/s and the response speed can reach 10 ms,which can better meet the real-time data transmission requirements.
