摘要
目的比较挑痘治疗与红蓝光照射分别联合异维A治疗痤疮的临床效果。方法选取2017年5月-2018年10月收治的痤疮病症患者68例,采用随机分组方式,分为挑痘治疗组和红蓝光照射组各34例,两组分别使用挑痘联合异维A、红蓝光照射联合异维A的治疗方法,比较两组患者的近期治疗效果、远期治疗效果、两组治疗前后皮损程度评分。结果红蓝光照射组近期治疗效果与远期治疗效果均优于挑痘治疗组的治疗效果(P <0. 05)。红蓝光照射组治疗后皮损程度评分以及患者满意度情况优于挑痘治疗组的(P <0. 05)。结论红蓝光照射联合异维A的痤疮治疗方式具有较好的治疗效果,不仅能够有效缩短患者痤疮病症的治疗时间,提升患者近期治疗以及远期治疗过程中的满意度情况,而且能够在极大程度上降低痤疮患者治疗后的皮损程度,改善痤疮患者在日常生活中的生活质量,有利于患者健康保障,值得在痤疮临床治疗中推广与使用。
Objective To compare and analyze the clinical effect of picking acne treatment and red-blue light irradiation combined with isovitamin A for the treatment of acne,respectively. Methods Sixty-eight patients with acne from May 2017 to October 2018 were randomized into two groups: acne picking treatment group and red-blue light irradiation group,34 in each group. The two treatments of acne picking combined with isovitamin A and red-blue light irradiation combined with isovitamin A were used in the two groups. The two groups were compared in terms of short-term and long-term therapeutic effects as well as the score of the degree of skin lesion before and after treatment. Results The short-term and long-term therapeutic effect of red-blue light irradiation group was significantly better than that of acne picking treatment group( P < 0. 05).The score of the degree of skin lesion after treatment and the satisfaction degree of the acne patients in the red-blue light irradiation group were significantly better than those in the acne picking treatment group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The red-blue light irradiation combined with isovitamin A has a better therapeutic effect. It can not only shorten the treatment time of acne effectively,but also improve the satisfaction of patients during the recent treatment and the long-term treatment. Besides,the degree of skin lesions after treatment can be greatly reduced and the quality of life of patients with acne in daily life can be improved. This treatment is beneficial to health of patients,so it is worth promoting and using in the clinical treatment of acne.
