摘要
目前用于海上油田早期注聚效果评价的常规霍尔曲线方法主要用来计算阻力系数或残余阻力系数,其他反映注聚动态信息的关键指标难以求取,现有的早期注聚注入系统评价体系尚不完善。基于幂律流体稳定渗流理论,考虑聚合物溶液非牛顿性和多层油藏非均质性,推导了一种新型霍尔曲线公式。通过曲线斜率和截距可以快速求取流态指数和有效黏度等反映地下聚合物溶液流体性质和工作参数变化的指标,并据此建立了海上早期注聚油田注入系统评价指标体系。经岩心驱替实验结果验证,公式计算相对误差在5%以内,满足工程上的精度要求。新型霍尔曲线方法已成功用于渤海S油田注聚井组效果评价,为海上化学驱油田动态跟踪评价和调控提供科学决策依据。
Currently, the conventional Hall curve methods for evaluating the early polymer injection effect in offshore oilfields are mainly used to calculate the resistance coefficient or residual resistance coefficient, the other key indicators reflecting the dynamic information of the polymer injection are difficult to obtain, the existing evaluating system of the early polymer injection needs to be further improved. Based on the theory of the steady seepage of power law fluid, a new Hall curve formula was derived considering the non-Newtonian property of the polymer solution and heterogeneity of the multi-layer oil reservoir. The indexes including the flow state exponent and effective viscosity etc reflecting the changes of the fluid properties and working parameters of the underground polymer solution can be obtained quickly through the slope and intercept of the curve. Accordingly, the evaluating system for the early polymer flooding in offshore oilfields was established. Verified by the core flooding experimental results, the relative error is less than 5% for the formula calculation, which can meet the precision requirements of the engineering. The new Hall curve method has been successfully applied to the effect evaluation of the polymer injecting well group in Boha Oilfield S, this provides the scientific decision-making evidence for the dynamic tracking evaluation and adjustment of offshore chemical flooded oilfields.
