摘要
在建筑工程造价管理过程中,管理人员需要采用现代化管理理念,控制好整个管理流程,分析工程造价超预算的原因,采取针对性控制措施。因此,本文首先分析预算在建筑工程造价管理中的重要作用,然后针对工程造价超预算的原因进行深入探讨和分析,提出相应的解决对策和建议。
In the process of construction project cost management, managers need to adopt modern management concepts to control the entire management process, analyze the reasons for project cost over budget, and take targeted control measures. Therefore, this paper first analyzes the important role of budget in construction cost management, and then in-depth discusses and analyzes the reasons for project cost over budget, and proposes corresponding solutions and suggestions.
