摘要
承插型圆盘式脚手架是从欧洲引进一种新型脚手架,是继碗扣式钢管架之后的升级换代产品,位列住房和城乡建设部推广的"建筑业十项新技术"之中。与扣件式钢管支架、碗扣式钢管支架相比,它具有承载力高、结构稳固、安全可靠、搭拆便捷、使用寿命长、易于管理等诸多优点,被广泛应用于现代建构筑物模板支架体系中。本文将以盘扣式模板支架在石家庄市地铁3号线二期工程中仰陵站的应用为案例,对承插型盘扣架体系进行全面分析。
Socket-type disc scaffolding is a new type of scaffolding introduced from Europe. It is an upgraded product after the bowl buckle steel pipe frame. It is among the "ten new technologies in the construction industry" promoted by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. Compared with fastener-type steel pipe brackets and bowl-type steel pipe brackets, it has many advantages such as high bearing capacity, stable structure, safety and reliability, convenient assembly and disassembly, long service life, and easy management. It is widely used in modern building formwork bracket system. This article will take the application of the disc buckle formwork bracket in the second phase project of Shijiazhuang Metro Line 3 as an example, and conduct a comprehensive analysis of the socket-type disc buckle system.
