摘要
新时代乡村小学教师开展教育科研应秉持实践关怀,坚守人民中心,突出质量导向。调查发现,乡村小学教师对教育科研表现出较高的认同和参与热情,但受主客观条件制约,其科研能力及实践效果不尽如人意。今后应深化教师对教育科研的认识,并采取综合措施提升科研能力,增强教师的科研"获得感"。
In the new era, rural elementary school teachers should carry out practical research and care,adhere to the people’s center, and emphasize quality orientation. The survey finds that rural elementary school teachers show high recognition and enthusiasm for educational research, but subject to subjective and objective conditions, their scientific research capabilities and practical results are not satisfactory. In the future, teachers should deepen their knowledge of education and scientific research, and take comprehensive measures to enhance scientific research capabilities and enhance teachers’ "sense of scientific research".
