近5年不同腰椎有限元模型应用频次分析

摘要 目的:研究不同有限元模型在进行临床腰椎有限元分析中的使用频率,探讨目前进行腰椎有限元分析的主流方法。方法:选用PubMed数据库、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、中国医用信息资源系统(维普)、万方数据资源系统,检索2015-2019年5年间国内外发表的有关腰椎有限元临床研究的文献。符合纳入条件的获取原文,分析不同有限元模型在各领域的使用频次。结果:目前进行临床腰椎有限元分析的模型主要有骨骼模型、骨骼韧带模型及骨骼韧带肌肉模型3种,按使用频率排序由多到少为:骨骼韧带模型、骨骼模型、骨骼韧带肌肉模型。结论:目前进行腰椎有限元分析的主流模型是骨骼韧带模型,且现阶段的有限元分析更多是提供一种趋势性的结果,需要与临床研究相结合,才能更好地评估实验结果。 Objective:To investigate the frequency of different finite element models used in clinical finite element analysis of lumbar spine,andexplore the current mainstream methods used in finite element analysis of lumbar spine.Methods:PubMed database,CNKI full-text database of Chinese journals,China Medical Information Resources System(VIP)and Wanfang data resource system were selected to retrieve the literatures on clinical research of lumbar finite element published at China and abroad from 2015 to 2019.The original text that meet the inclusion criteria were selected,and the frequency of different finite element models using in various fields were analyzed.Result:At present,the 3 main of models for clinical finite element analysis of lumbar spine were skeletal model,skeletal ligament model and skeletal ligament muscle model.According to the frequency of use,the order were skeletal ligament model,skeletal model and skeletal ligament muscle model.Conclusion:At present,the main model using in finite element analysis of lumbar spine was the skeletal ligament model,and the present finite element analysis provides were trend results,which need to be combined with clinical research in order to better evaluate the experimental results.
