摘要
针对单设备生产系统为解决生产计划与维修计划独立决策的不足,构建了生产计划与设备维修计划的联合优化模型。考虑设备役龄对产品加工工时的影响,在联合优化模型中引入产品堕化效应。在分析设备故障时,区分设备闲置状态和生产状态,同时考虑产品实际加工时间和设备役龄的关系,以生产计划与设备维修计划的集成计划总费用最小为优化目标,建立考虑产品堕化和设备运行时间的生产与维修的联合优化模型。运用改进粒子群算法求解能力约束下的联合优化问题,结合算例分析,说明联合优化模型在企业生产中的实用性,验证该联合优化模型的有效性和应用价值。
In order to solve the shortage of independent decision making in the planning of production and maintenance, a joint optimization model for the two plans was built for a single equipment production system. Considering the effect of the equipment age on the processing time of the product,the effect of product degradation was introduced. When analyzing the equipment failure, the idle state and production state of the equipment were distinguished, the relationship between the actual processing time of the product and the equipment age was considered, and an integrated optimization model for production and maintenance considering the degradation of products and the operating time of the equipment was established. The particle swarm optimization algorithm was used to solve the model, and the validity of the model was verified by an example analysis.
