摘要
利用模流分析软件Moldflow对生活中常用的某一塑料制件进行注塑工艺分析,在数值模拟中,通过解决制件的翘曲、收缩、气孔、熔接痕等缺陷,以对注射参数(注射压力、充填时间、注射温度、保压时间、保压压力、冷却时间等)进行正交实验优化,最终得出一组最佳的工艺参数。设计并制造出一副模具,根据不同的工艺参数进行此制件的试制,用以验证数值模拟的分析结果。结果表明,对于此制件,数值模拟得到的工艺参数经优化后和实际生产中的结果基本一致,偏差在可接受范围之内。
Moldflow was used to analyze the injection process of a common plastic part in daily life. In the numerical simulation,by solving the warpage,shrinkage,blow hole,weld mark and other defects of the part,the injection parameters( injection pressure,filling time,injection temperature,holding time,holding pressure,cooling time,etc.) were optimized by orthogonal experiments,and a group of final results were obtained. A set of die was designed and manufactured,and the trial production of the die was carried out according to different process parameters to verify the analysis results of numerical simulation. The results showthat for this part,the optimized process parameters obtained by numerical simulation are basically consistent with the actual production results, and the deviation is within the acceptable range.
