摘要
为了研究3种肠源性乳酸杆菌对大肠杆菌的抑制效果,采用琼脂打孔法进行了肠源性乳酸杆菌对同源性和异源性大肠杆菌的体外抑菌试验。结果表明:随机抽取的2株肠源性乳酸杆菌对同源性大肠杆菌均存在抑制作用,且抑菌圈平均直径均>20 mm,敏感度均为高度敏感;从2株中各随机抽取的1株肠源性乳酸杆菌并不完全对异源性大肠杆菌都存在抑制作用,如鸡源乳酸杆菌对鹅源大肠杆菌存在抑菌作用,抑菌圈直径为30.72 mm,敏感度均为高度敏感,而对鱼源大肠杆菌不存在抑菌作用。说明肠源性乳酸杆菌对同源性和部分异源性大肠杆菌存在抑制作用,且抑制强度不同。
In order to study the inhibitory effect of three enterogenous lactobacillus on E.coli,the in vitro antibacterial test of intestinal Lactobacillus against homologous and heterologous E.coli was carried out by agar perforation method.The results showed that two randomly selected strains of intestinal Lactobacillus had inhibitory effects on homologous E.coli,and the average diameter of the inhibition zone was>20 mm,and the sensitivity was highly sensitive.One randomly selected strain of intestinal Lactobacillus doesn’t always have inhibitory effect on all heterologous E.coli.For example,chicken-derived Lactobacillus has antibacterial activity against goose-derived E.coli.The diameter of the inhibition zone was 30.72 mm and the sensitivity was highly sensitive,but which has no bacteriostatic effect on fish-derived E.coli.It is indicated that the intestinal Lactobacillus has an inhibitory effect on homology and partial heterologous E.coli,and the inhibition intensity is different.
