三大支撑带人工智能产业自主创新能力测度分析 被引量:45

Spatial Imbalance and Distribution Dynamic Evolution of the Independent Innovation Ability of the Artificial Intelligence Industry in the Three Support Belts

摘要 研究目标:测度长江经济带、环渤海经济带及丝绸之路经济带这三大支撑带人工智能产业自主创新能力,揭示其人工智能产业自主创新能力的发展特征、空间非均衡性及分布动态演化。研究方法:运用逐层纵横向拉开档次法、时序加权混合算子及Dagum基尼系数、核密度估计等分析方法。研究发现:三大支撑带人工智能产业自主创新能力均呈现逐年上升趋势,但其梯度特征明显,长江经济带与环渤海经济带处于绝对领先地位,丝绸之路经济带处于较低水平。三大支撑带人工智能产业自主创新能力存在显著的空间非均衡性,总体非均衡性呈波动递减趋势,区域失衡正在逐步得到遏制;环渤海经济带与丝绸之路经济带区域间差异最大,长江经济带区域内差异位居三大支撑带首位;区域间差异是造成三大支撑带整体空间非均衡性的主要来源。三大支撑带人工智能产业自主创新能力“极化效应”显著,且呈现不同类型的极化趋势,三大支撑带整体由两极分化逐步强化为多极分化现象,长江经济带与环渤海经济带始终呈现多极分化现象,而丝绸之路经济带呈现两极分化趋势。研究创新:测度了三大支撑带人工智能产业自主创新能力,在此基础上揭示三大支撑带人工智能产业自主创新能力的空间非均衡性及其来源,进而刻画了其分布动态演化趋势。研究价值:为推动三大支撑带人工智能产业实现创新发展提供现实依据,对于促进人工智能产业高质量发展和区域间一体化发展具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。 Research Objectives:This paper measures the independent innovation ability of the artificial intelligence industry in the Yangtze River Economic Zone,the Bohai Economic Belt and the Silk Road Economic Belt,and reveals the development characteristics,spatial imbalance and distribution dynamic evolution of the independent innovation ability of the artificial intelligence industry.Research Methods:The vertical and horizontal layer by layer scatter degree method,time weighted mixed operator,Dagum Gini coefficient,kernel density estimation and other analysis methods are used.Research Findings:The independent innovation ability of artificial intelligence industry in the three support belts is increasing year by year,but its gradient characteristics are obvious.Among them,the independent innovation ability of artificial intelligence industry in the Yangtze River Economic Zone and the Bohai Economic Belt is in the leading position,while the independent innovation ability of artificial intelligence industry in the Silk Road Economic Belt is weak.There is obvious non-equilibrium in the independent innovation ability of artificial intelligence industry in the three support belts,the overall imbalance shows a trend of decreasing fluctuation,and the regional imbalance is gradually being curbed;The difference between the Bohai Rim Economic Belt and the Silk Road Economic Belt is the biggest,and the regional difference of the Yangtze River Economic Zone ranks the first among the three economic belts.Among them,inter-regional difference is the main source of the spatial imbalance of the three support belts.The polarization effect of the distribution of artificial intelligence industry s independent innovation ability in the three support belts is significant,and shows different polarization trends.The three support belts have gradually strengthened from polarization to multipolarity.The Yangtze River Economic Zone and the Bohai Economic Belt show a multi-polarization phenomenon,while the Silk Road Economic Belt shows a polarization trend.Research Innovations:This paper measures the independent innovation ability of artificial intelligence industry in three support belts,and on this basis,investigates the spatial imbalance and its source of artificial intelligence industry in three support belts,and then depicts the dynamic evolution trend of its distribution.Research Value:It provides a practical basis for promoting the innovation driven development of artificial intelligence industry and has important theoretical value and practical significance for promoting the high-quality development and interregional integration development of artificial intelligence industry.
