摘要
目的Meta整合护理学硕士学历护士从事临床护理工作的真实体验。方法检索PubMed、Embase、CINAHL、Web of Science、PsycINFO和CNKI、VIP、WanFang数据库,纳入有关硕士学历护士临床工作体验的质性研究,检索时间均从建库至2019年9月,采用Meta整合方法对结果进行整合。结果共纳入了17篇原始质性研究,提炼了63个研究结果,归纳了10个类别,整合得到了3个主题:(1)硕士学历护士在临床工作中存在积极感受,也存在消极感受;(2)硕士学历护士职业期望值高,渴望情感支持;(3)硕士学历护士职业价值感低,渴望职业规划。结论硕士学历护士在临床工作中的消极感受明显,存在自我定位不明确、职业期望值高、职业价值感低等问题。建议硕士学历护士积极改变就业态度,提高自身能力,踏实从临床做起;建议护理管理者制定并完善高学历护士分层培养方案,对他们实施个性化管理,帮助明确角色定位,提高职业认同感。
Objective To synthesize clinical experience of nurses with master’s degree.Methods We systematically searched qualitative studies about clinical experience of nurses with master’s degree in databases including PubMed,Embase,CINAHL,Web of Science,PsycINFO,CNKI,VIP and WanFang from the inception to September 2019 and Meta-aggregation method was used to synthesize the results.Results Seventeen original qualitative studies were included and 63 findings were extracted,which were summarized into 10 categories and 3 themes,including positive and negative feelings in clinical work,high professional expectation and desire for emotional support and low professional value and desire for career planning.Conclusion For nurses with master’s degree,there exist problems such as negative feelings,without unique career goals,and high professional expectations but low professional values during their clinical work.It is suggested that nurses with master’s degree should actively change their attitude towards employment and be deeply involved in clinical practice.Nursing administrators are supposed to design,develop and implement appropriate training programs for these nurses,which then in turn might improve their professional identity.
