摘要
功能性消化不良是儿科常见病和多发病,西医学认为,功能性消化不良可能与小儿消化系统发育不完善、胃肠动力障碍、幽门螺杆菌感染、精神心理障碍及胃肠激素异常有关,治疗时采用多潘立酮、雷尼替丁、西咪替丁、莫沙必利等。本文将从西医角度对小儿的病因病机及治疗现状进行概述,以期为小儿功能性消化不良的治疗及研究提供参考。
Functional dyspepsia is a common and frequently disease in pediatrics.Western medicine believes that functional dyspepsia may be associated with impaired digestive system development,gastrointestinal motility disorders,helicobacter pylori infection,mental and psychological disorders,and gastrointestinal hormone abnormalities,and treatment is with domperidone,ranitidine,cimetidine,mosapride,etc.This article will summarize the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment status of children in western medicine in order to provide reference for the treatment and research of functional dyspepsia in children.
