摘要
危险化学品运输罐车常压罐体是指GB18564.1《道路运输液体危险货物罐式车辆——金属常压罐体技术条件》标准中所描述的道路运输液体危险货物罐式车辆,其检验工作大多有特种设备检验机构进行。为此,笔者就在对其常压罐体检验工作中所发现的一些问题,指出了目前道路运输液体危险货物罐式车辆从制造、使用、监督管理、检验等方面存在的问题,分析了目前开展此项检验工作存在的问题与风险,并就道路运输液体危险货物罐式车辆常压罐体检验工作提出了建议和控制措施。
