摘要
本文根据高压气瓶排空噪声的特点、被测高压气瓶排空噪声的频域分布以及高压气瓶用排气消声器的使用条件,结合多级节流降压理论和小孔喷注理论,设计了一个高压气瓶用排气消声器。并用UG建模,用COMSOL软件对消声器进行声学模拟,采用声级计和RTA168A频谱分析仪对实际消声器进行消声效果检测。结果表明:该消声器在低中频噪声段主要靠内衬吸声材料消声;在中高频噪声段主要依靠多级消声体消声,总体上该消声器具有良好的消声能力。
According to the characteristics of the high-pressure cylinder exhaust noise and the measured results of frequency domain distribution of the high-pressure cylinder exhaust noise,basing on the hole injection theory and multi-level throttle and depressurization theory, a Exhaust Muffler for High Pressure Gas Cylinder is designed. Its overall model is built in UG. Its acoustic performance is simulated in COMSOL. And a sound level meter and an RTA168 A spectrum analyzer are used to detect the noise reduction effect with actual muffler. The results shows that the muffler mainly relies on noise-absorbing material to eliminate sound in the low-mid frequency noise range;and midhigh frequency noise range mainly relies on multi-stage muffler. Generally, the muffler’s noise reduction performance is excellent.
