摘要
目的研究精细化管理应用于泌尿外科患者护理中的应用效果。方法随机择取2017年3月-2018年12月在该院泌尿外科收治的56例患者作为研究对象,以护理管理模式作为分组依据,将所有患者分为调查组与常规组。调查组患者接受精细化护理管理,常规组患者接受普通护理管理,对两组患者展开护理效果研究并进行比较。结果①并发症发生率:调查组明显低于常规组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②护理质量:调查组评分明显高于常规组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论泌尿外科患者护理管理工作中采用精细化管理模式可有效提升护理工作质量,降低患者并发症风险,建议在临床护理工作中应用推行。
Objective To study the application effect of refined management in nursing of urological patients. Methods Fifty-six patients admitted to the hospital from March 2017 to December 2018 were randomly selected as the research object, and the nursing management model was used as the grouping basis. All patients were divided into the investigation group and the conventional group. Patients in the investigation group received refined nursing management, and patients in the routine group received general nursing management. Nursing effects of the two groups were studied and compared. Results1.the incidence of complications: the survey group was significantly lower than the conventional group, the difference was statistically significant between the groups(P<0.05);2. quality of care: the survey group score was significantly higher than the conventional group, the difference was statistically significant between the groups Significantly(P<0.05). Conclusion The use of refined management mode in the nursing management of urological patients can effectively improve the quality of nursing work and reduce the risk of complications for patients. It is recommended to apply it in clinical nursing work.
