摘要
目的探讨品管圈在提高缺血性脑卒中患者首次服用抗血小板药及时率中的应用效果。方法成立品管圈活动小组,运用多种品质管理工具,按照品管圈活动步骤,对缺血性脑卒中患者首次服用抗血小板药的时间进行现状调查,分析首次服用抗血小板药不及时的主要原因,制定、实施对策并进行效果评价。结果缺血性脑卒中患者首次服用抗血小板药及时率由84%提高至99%。结论开展品管圈活动可有效提高缺血性脑卒中患者首次服用抗血小板药的及时率,改善工作流程,提高工作效率,同时落实优质护理服务,提高患者满意度。
Objective To investigate the application effect of quality control circle in improving the timely rate of antiplatelet drugs for the first time in patients with ischemic stroke. Methods A quality control circle activity group was established, and a variety of quality management tools were used to follow the steps of the quality control circle to investigate the current status of antiplatelet medication for the first time in patients with ischemic stroke of the main reasons, formulate and implement countermeasures, and evaluate the effect. Results The timeliness of patients taking ischemic stroke for the first time was increased from 84% to 99%. Conclusion The quality control circle can effectively improve the timely rate of antiplatelet drugs for the first time in patients with ischemic stroke, improve the work flow and work efficiency, and implement quality nursing services to improve patient satisfaction.
