摘要
目的:本次研究分析在子宫肌瘤手术患者护理中采用心理护理模式对患者心理状态的影响。方法:此次研究样本从日照市东港区妇幼保健计划生育服务中心子宫肌瘤手术患者中选取100例,研究时间从2017年10月开始,截至2018年10月,将护理方案作为分组依据,试验组患者采用心理护理方案,对照组患者采用基础护理模式,对比两组患者护理结果。结果:通过研究数据分析两组患者护理满意率,研究得知,试验组患者护理满意率较高,两组患者对比符合统计学标准(P<0.05);通过研究数据分析两组患者焦虑评分、抑郁评分,研究得知,试验组患者焦虑评分、抑郁评分较低,两组患者对比符合统计学标准(P<0.05)。结论:通过此次研究得知,在子宫肌瘤手术患者护理中采用心理护理模式,能明显改善患者心理状态,提高护理满意度。
Objective:This study analyzes the effect of psychological nursing mode on the psychological state of patients in the nursing of patients with uterine fibroids.Methods:The study sample was selected from 100 patients with uterine fibroid surgery in our hospital.The study time was from October 2017 to October 2018,the nursing program was used as a group basis.The experimental group patients received psychological nursing programs.The control group patients were treated with a basic care model.The nursing outcomes of the two groups were compared.Results:The nursing satisfaction rate of the two groups was analyzed by studying the data.The results showed that the satisfaction rate of the patients in the experimental group was higher.The comparison between the two groups was in accordance with the statistical standard(P<0.05).Through the analysis of the data of the two groups of patients'anxiety score and depression score,the study found that the anxiety score and depression score of the experimental group were lower,and the comparison between the two groups met the statistical standard(P<0.05).Conclusion:According to this study,the use of psychological nursing mode in the nursing of patients with uterine fibroid surgery can significantly improve the psychological state of patients and promote the satisfaction of nursing.
