摘要
通过对某钢框架结构厂房火灾后受损结构构件检测,阐述工业厂房火灾后检测程序和内容,从现场火灾调查、过火范围结构构件受损调查、火场残留物状况、火灾后结构构件烧蚀深度、结构构件挠度变形观测等方法综合评定构件受损程度,并根据现场残留物、钢构件变形、混凝土构件表面颜色变化推定火场温度。最后,根据检测结果对厂房受损情况进行综合评定,并结合实际情况提出处理意见。
Through the detection of damage structure component about the steel frame structure factory building after the fire,this paper expounds the industrial factory building after the fire test procedure and content,from scene of fire investigation far range structures damaged residue status structures after fire ablation depth structures deflection deformation observation method,a comprehensive evaluation component damage and residual deformation of steel members according to the site concrete component surface color change presumption of fire temperature in the end,according to the comprehensive evaluation of building damage detection results,combined with the actual situation proposed processing opinion.
